Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy We are using PosLaju to deliver the items.
- All ordering items will be processed and delivered with Courier Service.
- We do not accept responsibility for inconvenience caused by late or non delivery of goods.
- For orders from Peninsular Malaysia, it will normally take around 1-3 working days to deliver the items to your doorstep.
- For orders from Sabah & Sarawak, it will normally take around 3-5 working days to deliver the items to your doorstep.
- For International orders, kindly make your enquiry first before checking out.
- Kindly submit your preferred address (e.g company address) if you are always away from home on day time.
- Kindly track your shipment here after we delivered your purchased item(s). We will send the shipment code to your email once we delivered the item(s).
- Kindly refer to the message that the courier company left in your mailbox in case you missed the delivery.
- For orders that exceeding RM150.00, shipping fees is totally FREE. (RM200.00 for orders from Sabah & Sarawak)
