Step 1

We encourage you to have an account created first before you purchasing any item from Ouch!. If you do not have one, kindly create an account first. If you prefer not to create an account, you are also welcomed to use Instant Order Form which placed on right sidebar.
 

Step 2

Once you have an account, shop for your item(s). Make sure you are selecting the correct color (A) and the quantity of the item (B). Click Add to Cart (C) once you confirmed the color and quantity.
 

Step 3

Once you clicked the Add to Cart button, that particular item will automatically add into your cart. You may continue shopping, or click the Show Cart button if you want to checkout.
 

Step 4

You will be brought to the Cart page. You may edit the quantity of the item here, or even delete the item by clicking delete button (A). Check the total amount (B) before you confirmed the order. Key in a coupon code (C) if you have one, leave it blank if you don't have any coupon code.

A coupon code is usually given out by Administrator to those who participated in Contest! Contest!

Once you confirmed everything, click checkout (D).
 

Step 5

Make sure you provide the correct Billing Information (A) when you registering account. This is essential because we need your correct address in order to deliver your purchase item(s).

If you have another preferred address (e.g your company address) to collect our delivered item(s), kindly add a new Shipping Address (B). Once we detected a Shipping Address has been updated by you, we will no longer delivering any item to your Billing Address until further notice from you.

Click Next if you have no further correction needed to make.
 

Step 6

Next, please select a shipping method. Please be reminded that orders that selecting the wrong shipping method will be considered invalid.

Shipping fees is FREE for any purchase on 2 items or above (Terms & Conditions apply).

Step 7

Kindly select a payment method that you preferred.
 

Step 8

Final step of the purchase! Check again all the details and click Confirm Order once you satisfied with it.

Voila! You've made the order successfully.
