Return PolicyWe are committed to selling good quality and genuine fashion apparel. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are welcome to exchange / replace your purchase when it is returned/presented in original and sale-able condition. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered.
- No refund will be done once an item has been sold. We only accept requests to exchange / replace.

- Customer has to deliver back the item within 5 working days after we received your request to exchange / replace.
- We will not entertain any request to exchange / replace that made after the period mentioned above.
- Customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item, unless it’s a direct fault on our side or defective / dirt on the item. We recommend that customer insure the package and deliver via a traceable method such as Poslaju or Skynet.
- Warranty Extension Service is only available for Bronze Level Member or above. To know more about Warranty Extension Service, kindly click here.
- We delivered wrong item, wrong pattern or wrong color to the customer.
- We delivered a damaged, or large defective or dirt areas on the item. Every item is carefully inspected before it’s packed and delivered
- In case customer opt for exchange / replace, customer will have to pay for the delivery of the new item, unless it's a direct fault on our side or defective / dirt on the item.
- Exchange / replace will only be processed after the returned item has been received in good and sale-able condition, with its original packaging, tags and all accessories.
- This return policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
