Ouchers' Loyalty Program
We care every customer who purchased from Ouch!, especially regular customers. To appreciate your support, Ouch! offers three different levels of membership to you when your total purchase reaching certain amount. They are Bronze Level Membership, Silver Level Membership and Gold Level Membership.
Terms & Conditions
1. For every RM1 spent on the purchase, you can gain 1 bonus point.
2. Bonus points are non-transferable.
3. Bonus points MAY BE redeemable, depends on the contests that created by Administrator. Important: It may be causing relegation of your membership level if you have not enough bonus points to maintain in the particular level of membership after you redeem item(s) with your bonus points. 4. You have to accumulate points to move up to the next level of membership.
5. Each level offers different types of benefits and privileges.
6. No membership fee or renewal is required, and the membership will be on-going and will last for lifetime.
7. Each Oucher is entitled to only one membership and is not transferable, nor can it be shared with other party.
8. We will update your bonus points once the item(s) is/are delivered and state your latest bonus points in Hall of Fame.
9. This Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Default Level Membership
Requirement
1. Every new registered Oucher is considered as a default member.
2. No requirement needed to obtain Default Level Membership.
Benefits & Privileges
Meet-ups Service
1. Meet-ups service is not available for default level membership.
Item Reservation Service
1. You are not allowed to reserve any item in Ouch!.
2. Items are based on first payment basis and will go to those who’ve made payment first.
Warranty Extension Service
1. You have to inform us by email within 1 days after you have collected your item(s) in case there is any exchange / replace needed
to be made.
2. After we received your request to exchange / replace, you have to send the item(s) back to us within 5 working days.

Bronze Level Membership
Requirement
You have to accumulate 500 bonus points in order to upgrade to this level of membership.
Benefits & Privileges
You gain 2.5% discount on your future purchase(s) PERMANENTLY. This permanent discount can be added up with the discount you have earned by participating other contests.
Meet-ups Service
1. You may arrange a time with us to collect your item(s), the order must be over RM50.00.
2. Available hotspots are Subang Parade, Summit, Sunway Pyramid, Kelana Jaya LRT Station, Digital Mall and One Utama.
3. If you wish to use Meet-Ups Service, you have to deposit extra RM5.00, which is REFUNDABLE when we meet up.
4. In case you have an emergency issue and cannot attend the meeting, kindly inform us 45 minutes earlier before the time we agreed on.
5. Regardless of any reason, the RM5.00 will be forfeited if we only get informed last 45 minutes that you are not able to attend the
meeting.
Item Reservation Service
1. You are allowed to reserve any item in Ouch! for 1 day.
2. Items will be released if no payment has been received after 1 day.

Centrepoint, The Curve, Ikano, Ikea and Mid Valley.

1. You may arrange a time with us to collect your item(s), the order must be over RM50.00.
2. Available hotspots are Subang Parade, Summit, Sunway Pyramid, Kelana Jaya LRT Station, Digital Mall, One Utama,
Centrepoint, The Curve, Ikano, Ikea, Mid Valley, Time Square, Leisure Mall, Tesco (Cheras), Carrefour (Sri Petaling) and IOI
Mall.
3. If you wish to use Meet-Ups Service, you have to deposit extra RM5.00, which is REFUNDABLE when we meet up.
4. In case you have an emergency issue and cannot attend the meeting, kindly inform us 30 minutes earlier before the time we agreed on.
